Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 July 2026 · Deal Brewery
01Agreement to these terms
“Deal Brewery” is the name this site operates under. “We”, “us”, and “our” mean Deal Brewery. “You” means you, the person reading this.
These terms are a contract between you and us. If you don't agree with any part, don't use the site. Using the site after we change these terms, per section 10, means you accept the updated version.
02Your account
To post, vote, or comment, you need an account. Browsing is open to anyone.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors cannot enter binding contracts, and these terms are one.
- One account per person. Don't share your password or let anyone else post from your account.
- Give us accurate information when you sign up, including a working email address. We use it to verify your account and send the notices described in these terms.
- You're responsible for everything done from your account. Tell us right away if it's used without your permission.
03Acceptable use & content rules
Deal Brewery works because people post real deals and vote honestly. The rules below keep it that way. Breaking them can get your content removed or your account suspended, per sections 6 and 9.
When you post a deal, comment, or vote, you agree not to:
- Post anything false, misleading, or that you know has expired.
- Post a deal you have a financial stake in without saying so. That covers affiliate links, your own shop, or a promo code that pays you. Disclose it in the post.
- Spam, manipulate votes, or run coordinated upvote/downvote campaigns.
- Post someone else's personal information, or your own payment card or banking details. Deal Brewery never needs them, per section 5.
- Impersonate another person, brand, or merchant.
- Post content that is illegal, infringes someone else's intellectual property, or is abusive, hateful, or threatening.
- Try to break, overload, or scrape the site, or use it in a way that could harm it or other users.
04Deal submissions
A “deal” on Deal Brewery is a user-submitted pointer to an offer: a discount, cashback, freebie, or bonus from a merchant. You're responsible for making your post accurate: the price, the conditions, the expiry date, at the time you submit it.
- If a deal expires or the price changes, edit your post or let the community know in the comments. Stale deals get marked and eventually hidden.
- Where you have an affiliate or referral relationship with the merchant, say so plainly in the post. Undisclosed affiliate ties violate section 3.
- We may format, shorten, or recategorize your post for clarity. We won't change the meaning.
05Third-party links & merchant transactions
We are not the seller. Deal Brewery links to merchants and their offers. When you click a deal and buy something, that transaction is between you and the merchant, not us.
- We don't process payments on the site and we don't collect your card or banking details. If a checkout page ever asks for them, you're on the merchant's site, not ours.
- We don't guarantee any deal's price, availability, or terms. Merchants change offers without telling us.
- Problems with a purchase, such as refunds, faulty goods, or delivery, go to the merchant. We cannot resolve them for you.
06Voting, moderation & removal
The community decides what rises and falls through votes. We also moderate. We may remove content or hide a deal at our discretion and without notice to you, when it breaks these terms, is reported, or we judge it harmful to the community. That includes spam, fraud, repeated expired deals, or abuse in the comments.
We aim to be consistent, but we do not promise to catch everything, and we are not liable for content we miss, per section 8.
07Intellectual property
You keep ownership of anything you post, including deals and comments. By posting on Deal Brewery, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the site, in feeds, and in shares of the site, for as long as the post is up. You confirm you have the rights to grant that license.
The Deal Brewery name, logo, site design, and the way we arrange and present the feed belong to us. Do not copy the site wholesale, rebrand it, or run a mirror.
Merchant names, logos, and offer images belong to their owners. They appear here because users link to them; we use them only to the extent needed to show the deal.
08Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Deal Brewery is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any deal is real, current, or still available.
- Content on the site comes from users and merchants. We do not verify every deal. You rely on it at your own risk.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. This includes a missed deal, a purchase gone wrong with a merchant, or lost data.
- Our liability for any claim arising from these terms is, in aggregate, limited to the amount, if any, you have paid us to use the site.
09Termination & suspension
You can close your account at any time from your profile or by asking us.
We can suspend or close your account, and block your access to the site, if you break these terms, if we believe you're harming the community or the site, or if we're required to by law. Where we can, we'll tell you why. We can also stop offering the site, or any part of it, with reasonable notice.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Deal Brewery grows or as applicable law changes. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, give notice on the site (a banner or a notice on the homepage) at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.
A “material” change is one that affects your rights or obligations in a meaningful way, for example, a new acceptable-use rule, a change to our liability, or a change to the governing law. Typo fixes and clarifications take effect on the updated date.
After the notice period, your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. If you don't, stop using the site and close your account.
11Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of Deal Brewery will be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
If you have a dispute, write to us at [email protected] first. We will try to resolve it with you directly before either party goes to court.
